I'm on a keto diet and eat daily meat, fish, chicken ,eggs, butter, ghee, salad, and low glycemic fruits..... Low carb, moderate protein and high fat diet..... Tabhi bhi mera cholesterol aur triglycerides and sugar level normal hai..... 🙂....

Remove refined oil , sugar and iodine salt from kitchen Instead start using pure desi ghee or pure mustard oil ,gud,bura and Himalayan salt and do regular walk or exercises for at least 20 to 30 minutes After that you will notices changes with in a week Thank u

Just eat a very low carbohydrate diet and choose your fats wisely. Do plenty of exercise and relax. Eat salad with cold pressed olive oil with every meal. If the T levels are very high please take prescribed medicines and of course stay away from alcohol.

Correct in one case cancer patient didn't like to take chemo therapy and went on taking naati vaidya medicines took it fr 6 months and gone to stage 2 to stage 4 cancer .. Cancer bud gaya and again went to hospital and in the last stage of cancer was un able to take chemo and fr 2 months struggled with lot of pain and left this planet at the age of ೫೨ years leving behind a daughter, one son and husband, sooo sad 😢😢

मानस जी हमारे बेटे की उम्र 25 varsh है आज उसका ब्लड टेस्ट हुआ hdl उसका ठीक है उसका triglyceride 200 से ज्यादा है. क्या करे वजन उसका 85 kg. है. सुबह सेब, papita और जौ चने के सत्तू का नाश्ता karta है. सत्तू me खांड डाल के देते हैं please suggest kare 😢

Sir, My triglycerides are >800( fir last 1 year test reports every 3 months). I dont smoke, no alcohol and i am 5'7" , 80Kg male. Can you suggest a remedy

Maine apna triglycerides 276 se 170 kr liya 15 days mei....oats daily breakfast or dinner mei le....brazil nuts le daily 4....isbgol raat ko soney se pehle gungune paani se 2 spoon daily

Sunil sherigar . Stop milk products, take arjun chaal kadha in morning, eat more fruits and vegetables(dip diet) and do walking 3-4km atleast daily.

मेने घी तेल मिठा सब खाना छौडा पर ट्राइग्लिसराइड्स कम ना हो 200 से 250 पहुंच गया परन्तु कैस्ट्रॉल कम हो गया और मेरे खोज के अनुसार आयुर्वेद मे ट्राइग्लिसराइड्स कम करने की कोई जडी बुटी है ही नही ट्रगलसाईड का बढना पैनक्राईटिस रोग का होना है

Meri wife ka weight 57 kg hai Height 5-3 inch hai, Uska triglycerides 380 hai hdl normal se kam hai VHDL and LDL badha hua hai Thyroid bhi hai B.P low hai She looks fit except just slightly over fat only on belly, and not around belly Sir How will the logic you r providing will fit to her case

It is hereditary. Mine is also hereditary. I eat 2 times a day now. Things are better now. decrease carb and increase fiber intake.

Stop milk products, eat more fruits and vegetables(dip diet). Some special exercise are there for sciatica . Search for them. Take heating bag and do heat back daily
