बिना झंझट वाला मेथी का लच्छा पराठा Methi paratha, winter special paratha recipe

Tiffin recipe ka naya video dekhein,
jismein maine banaya hai super easy Methi Ka Paratha aur Tamatar Ki Khatti Meethi Chutney!
Tiffin ko swaad se bhar dene wala combo hai yeh.
Dekhein, sikhein aur apne lunchbox ko yummy banaayein.
*Ingredients:*
- 2 cups wheat flour
- Fenugreek (Methi) leaves
- Salt to taste
- Red chilly powder
- Carom seeds (Ajwain)
- Oil
- Lukewarm water
- Tomatoes
- Green chillies
- 1 tbsp oil
- Kalonji (nigella seeds)
- Cumin seeds
- Mustard seeds
- Jaggery
- Rock salt
- Ghee
*Procedure:*
1. Wash and dry Methi leaves overnight.
2. Prepare the dough by mixing wheat flour, salt, red chilly powder, carom seeds, and oil. Knead with lukewarm water.
3. In a pan, sauté Kalonji, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and green chillies. Add tomatoes, salt, and let it cook.
4. Add jaggery to the chutney, mix well, and set aside.
5. Chop Methi leaves finely.
6. Roll a chapati from the dough, apply ghee, add Methi leaves, roll and fold like a Lachcha parantha.
7. Cook the parantha on an iron Tava without ghee initially, then add ghee on both sides.
8. Cut into quarters and pack it in a tiffin box along with the tomato chutney.

Second commendable statement i wish to depart is your appearance, you are always extremely well groomed in front of the camera, showing that you not only care about your appearance but also you care enough about your audience to present yourself as a good role model to us working mums. I also want to appreciate your hard work and your commitment to your immediate family, your neighbours and the charitable work you do where you distribute food to the needy, you not only work hard at preparing the food you distribute it in such a respectful manner. Your husbands input is also very sweet as he helps around the kitchen where necessary. Well done sweetheart you tick all the boxes and i personally wish you a great deal of success in anything you set out to do. I know a lot of effort goes into editing these videos and i hope all of your hard work continues to pay off not only in monetary value but your popularity amongst your audience.
