Aap iss achar ko bina freeze long time rakh sakte ho, kyunki sugar preservative hoti h , ye achar kabhi kharab nahi hota h

I made this pickle following your instructions exactly. I had kept the lemons in the sun for 15 days till the skin became fully soft. I used half of this to make sweet pickle and the other half for spicy lemon pickle without sugar. The sweet pickle came out well but the lemon skin which was soft when the pickle was prepared became hard like leather after the sugar melted. In the spicy pickle the lemon skin remained completely soft. What mistake must have made the soft skin hard ? Please give tips so that I can avoid this next time. I am your subscriber and I watch all your videos and everything I prepared came out very well !

did you keep sweet pickle in the sunlight after adding sugar ??

@@ShyamRasoi No . I filled it in a dry jar and kept it in a cool dry place. However except the lemon pieces getting hard the pickle itself has come out very well and is very tasty the spices and sugar have merged nicely to make it very very tasty. I am preparing it again so let's see. Thanks for your prompt reply🙏

Hi..... Mainey nimbu gala ke rakhe hai 15days ho gaye hai laykin main ney usmey nimbu ka ras bhi dala tha ab ras ko nikal du kya? Fir sugar dalu?
