All this news: FTX, weird banks, binance, a general thinning of the existing exchanges…all I can say is that it feels strange, and feels like it will keep getting stranger. It’s at a point where any conspiracy seems viable.

Hey guys, have you heard or looked into the exchange LCX at all? Like FTX they beat their drum about being legit and the most regulated and “doing crypto the right way”. But with the fall of FTX and SBF it would be interesting if you guys can identify any red flags ahead of the their inevitable collapse if they are indeed corrupt. You see a lot of regulator capture. Where the systems that run the regulator are not going to allow the regulators to really do their job. People who work at the regulator who want to do things are "rocking the boat" and just leave in frustration while those who go along get offered big bonuses from the regulated entities as their next job which gives them the connections and standing to become an appointee to run the regulator a decade down the line (the Project On Government Oversight has a decent series on the revolving door esp in relation to military but also group who regulates auditors-nicknamed Peekaboo) . . . Solution? In the US we are dealing with a paradigm change like Reagan, FDR, Lincoln, or Jackson (they show up very regularly in time actually) no a new political reform movement that captures the imagination is most likely but the other option is that systems just simplifies in order to reduce the load of governance that the current system can not perform. . . be that via Federalism, a retreat from globalization, or a governmental civil war and collapse (the extreme case) is yet to be seen.

If I owned any crypto after FTX I would have sold asap. On any platform. I’ve never owned crypto, but am fascinated by the drama. But after all the companies going under, all the scams, Ponzi schemes how does anyone not pull their money out? I’m not completely against crypto. I would own bitcoin or eth but just doesn’t seem like the time right now.

It's going to be sweet when you guys finally dig into the daddy of all 'crypto' scandals and realise that Dr Craig S Wright is Satoshi and BTC isn't Bitcoin but a centrally controlled fork of the original protocol run by Blockstream.
