The results do not include exchange fees. I excluded them because the fees are subject to many conditions E.g. Exchange used, or if you choose to pay fees with BNB. So if you are using BNB to pay exchange fees, then deduct 0.075*3 = 0.225% for exchange fees.

That's a valid point. These are hard to catch, even with a trading bot, unless if an opportunity is above 1% and lasts longer than few secs (which is very unlikely)

Is it possible to actually action triangle arbitrage before the price corrects itself? From what I have seen the big trading companies tend to get there first and the transaction becomes a loss before you can react fast enough, even with a bot.

This is true, those holding the most computing power and geographically close to server location gains a significant edge. I got a couple of emails saying that they did make some profits using this scanner, but I believe that has to with their trading style.

Thank you for your excellent video. as I don't get mistaken Binace gets 0.1% fee for every trade (maximum). Does your app give any arbitrage opportunity more than 0.3% profit(maximum fee for 3 trades in triangular arbitrage)? actually I wrote an arbitrage app and used rest and my delay is about 1.5 to 2 seconds. I will try it with a web socket and I hope it works faster. Again, I appreciate your amazing video. 🙂

The way you calculate the price is not really realistic. You are taking the best bid or the ask price but not incorporating order book quantities. Say you want to buy 1000 Apple. The order book (ASK) contains 2 Apple - $1.00/Each, 5000 Apple - $1.05/Each, 100 Apple - $1.06 (sorted with best ASK first). You logic makes an assumption that buying 1000 apple will cost $1000 but instead it would have cost $1049.90. I had a chance to re-code it to look into the order book depth and always buy/sell $100 USD worth in level 1. Result (Binance): Hardly any profit to make. There was only a few opportunities and each opportunity yields less than 3 pennies in profit. There are way too many bots out there doing the same thing and they are much faster. Anyway regardless, thanks for sharing your code. It was very educational and I have learn a lot! 👍 👍 👍

There is a delay and slippage associated with each order, so using this as a direct trigger may not be wise, unless you're well versed with trading and knows how to handle this.
