You "mixing experts" have lost sight of a few key points here...1) It's Binary Fucking Finary (Trance Legends)2) They are playing a Sunday Classics set @ Luminosity and I'd give anything to play that time slot in front of that crowd. If any of you dj experts below have done this then please put your hand up.3) It's Binary Fucking Finary!!!4) His track selection was near on perfect! That's what I will remember about his set, not the mixing. Lumi has canny ability of dragging the biggest legends of trance out of retirement. Some of these guys haven't played a record/tune in 10 years. Who fucking cares if they are a bit rough around the edges, its just great to see them again!5) You guys who sit in the corner at clubs critiquing the dj's mixing skills have lost sight of what's most important here...the music, the people and the journey.You guys never commented on the mixes he did well?Please come back next year Binary Finary :)

BTW Scott, thanks for sending me down a trip on memory lane. I knew the track was on one of the Tranceport mix albums, from the late 90s, but I couldn't remember the track. I just queued them all up and enjoyed the ride. Velvet is the last track on the second disc (Arrivals) of the two-disc "Tranceport II: Dave Ralph"
