I much prefer videos without talking as sometimes I get distracted by the talking which then impairs my asmr. The rubbing sounds were definitely my favourite in this video as they sound like the sea and I've always found being by the sea to be very relaxing indeed! Thanks for the new experience! This type of asmr video isn't usually my "thing" (I love roleplays, such as your school nit nurse one!), but I clicked on this one out of curiosity, and was pleasantly surprised at how my whole scalp seemed to ripple!!
