I have an iPhone, there is native support for Joystick here, but the mobile version of the game itself is horrible!!! Don't fall for this story of buying an expensive cell phone to play Genshin Impact or any game, instead of spending money on an expensive cell phone. Build a PC! These games on PC are a thousand times better. You will never want to go near the mobile version again when you start playing on PC or PS5.

Mobile version has controller support, if you look at the screen you can see the actions are labelled with controller buttons instead of keyboard keys. I have been playing almost since the start on my iPad with a controller. If someone got banned they probably did something else they weren’t supposed to do, I seriously doubt it was because they used a controller.
