Binders when treating Lyme

In this video I discuss some of the most common binders used in treatment of Lyme and co-infections. Binders help take the toxins out of your body and are considered essential in treating these diseases. They help our bodies detox from herx reactions. Great info vid which binders can I take without binding to nutrients? If your taking charcoal, b clay,apple pectin for how long shall we take them?

7:40 - HELL YEA!~ I can get Yuca from the Mexican Store not far from me, the real kind and boil it then make Yuca Fritas in the Air Frier!!! I could eat that stuff every day of my life! I also know that stuff about the Ammonia Smell. Had it since I was young. only 30 or so years later I know why.
