It is going to kill all the negativity anywhere, physical, mental, spiritual, whole thing. Just pump. At sixty degree when you make the Jupiter and the Saturn stay in the opposite polarity of the magnetic field, and you pump willingly by your own effort, the body reconstitutes itself. And you get rid of the hell...... Your all habitual habits of which you are slave, you can break with this kriya. It will totally reconstitute your cells and eliminate dead cell and all what sickness is. If by this exercise you can sweat at the forehead, that's the rule required.........If you can do this exercise for the time, which it is, you have to do that exercise which we did, pump the belly with the fastest powerful thing in eleven minutes and then you dance about another eleven minutes. This twenty-two minutes in life you can spare. It doesn't require any breathing and nothing, it all it requires is the sixty degree of your body and your Jupiter and Saturn force totally tugged into one straight diagonal line. When you do that, then you can totally powerfully pump (?) and elimination; you do not know how much you will eliminate. Because it is a prana, which gives you life, it's a apana which will let you live. You must understand between these two forces there has to be balance.
