if this goes on a steep sale. Like it goes down to $50 USD then it would be a much better value. Beautiful figure but she got no cake, almost no accessories and is kinda small. Also, at this point for the money many companies are doing cool things like articulated eyes or at least multiple varied face plates/expressions. Thanks for another great review.

Thanks, glad you liked the vid. Completely agree, at a lower price point, this figure wouldn't be so bad. It's just not worth it at this point.

@@therealPayne to think the pricing is close to a play arts kai... at that point, I'd rather pay the small price difference and get the bigger figure... but yea... like you said, there is potential to the line.. but SQnix seems so adamant to put a pretty price tag while putting less effort into making it

I was considering buying this figure since I love FF7 and Tifa until I saw that insane price for it, $120 for a 4inch figure with very little accessories, I really hope someday Square can license another company to make FF figures that are less expensive than their Arts figures like Bandai or GoodSmile.

@@therealPayne Indeed, seen up close, the figurine seems quite disappointing...but Tifa what...TIFA...with a "battle mode" design...with Cloud and Aeris, it would have been very cool anyway... The FF9 figurines will remain effective in my display case... Thanks for the review.

I opted for the Play Arts Kai FF7 Remake Tifa which I absolutely love. Although I prefer the Bring Arts scale, this version is a bit too Chibi for me and definitely overpriced.

Haven't picked up any PAK in ages, they do look good tho but as you pointed out the scale ain't for me.

I find it kinda weird how Square Enix refuses to lend their license to other companies like goodsmile. It's crazy to think that there is no Tifa Nendoroids or Figmas. Also Play Arts Kai had some of the best paint jobs and shading in action figures a few years ago, how is this the same company?

Fun fact, i was actually huge of PAK many many years ago. And then they kept changing scales making figures bigger and more expensive. So now my Halo Reach figures are smaller than my Halo 4 figures and that one Halo 2 Master Chief they did? Yea that one as even bigger. So I was curious when they started Bring Arts and got the first 2B release which sucked and ever since I haven't seen any Bring Arts releases that seem to be worth it. It's a shame really, especially since Final Fantasy has such a rich lore and a boatload of characters that companies could go wild over with all kinds of releases from Bandai, Goodsmile or Kaiyodo (thinking Amazing Yamaguchi)

I've seen some um... "third party" figures of the Cloud from this line, and given the quality I'm seeing from this, I think I'll be trying out that one instead of the legit one. Just too many issues for something so expensive.

Honestly I'm not a fan of bootlegs but hell, with this figure and how poor the execution is, it's probably smart to go for something else.
