So effortless, yet rhythmic and energized. A sublime performer.

I think this is the best of the Road Films; this song is one of my favourites out of all of them as well.

Ain't got a dime to my name, What a terrible shame Ho Hum, ho ho Hum. Just found a hole in my shoe, And my stockin' sticks through Ho Hum, ho ho Hum. I know that when you're as free As a bird in a tree, life is a wonderful whim. Look at the crank with his dough in the bank, Don't you feel sorry for him? Rolling along at a loss, Never gathering moss, Ho Hum, ho ho ho ho Hum. I'm no terrific success, I often worry I guess Ho Hum, Wo ho ho Hum. I like a shady ole' tree, Whats a matter with me? Ho Hum, ho hohoho Hum. There's nothing quite as grotesque, As a man at a desk, Looking outside at the sun, Shirts made of silk, And a diet of milk, Maybe he thinks he has fun. I've got the vagabond itch, Yes I'll never get rich Ho Hum ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho hm

Bob Hope as a little old woman Morocco, Utopia, and Rio were easily the peak of the entire franchise

I thought Road to Utopia was the best. When Dorothy sings in that dazzling cocktail dress...breathtaking

That's a rather snazzy suit for a penurious person.

See? Paramount DID protect him for 5 years. Even helped him pay his country club dues.

In the movie, he sold his cousin, Bob Hopes character, for money so that’s why he’s dressed so nice

I've always admired Bing. So cool and suave... But to hear one of Hollywood's top millionaires (Ampex, Minute Maid, oil, horse race tracks, etc) singing 'he ain't got a dime to his name' sounds... ironic

And one of his most famous songs in the 30s was "Brother can you spare a dime"!

The Judy Garland podcast plays a lot of Bing's radio show (because Judy was a regular guest).
