Binge Eating: Video Diary 1

I talk candidly about my issues with food and body image. There's a lot of stories of recovery on social media, but not a lot of documentation of those struggling in the present. I hope that someone will be able to relate, because I don't have any friends in real life who can. My ultimate goal is manifold - I'd like to look good, be healthy, and divorce my obsessive relationship with food.
