Here in new Mexico we have a place called wrecks and they have the giant pancakes with hatch green chile and bacon in the pancakes. Topped with butter and syrup of course. You should try it

You do know there are conversion tables on the internet that convert grams into spoons or whatever you want to. Couldn't you just typed into google "grams to tablespoons"?
