It might've been a few years since this episode came out, but there's a weird observation that gets me every time with a "proper" Krabby Patty construction: the cartoon episode that was the initial reference for this culinary episode actually has two different construction orders, one detailed within the Krusty Krab before the Bubble Bass crisis (the "extra onions" order) and the other shown in Spongebob's house (shown at the start here). Watch that episode ("Pickles") again and tell me I'm wrong.

So I have to point this out (kinda assuming someone else already did though.) The literal picture of the Krabby Patty below the burger you made CLEARLY shows the cheese below the lettuce. However, the verbal explanation of how to construct the burger states and shows the burger in the order that you made it in... I hate to be the "actually" guy, but.... .... THERE *IS* A KRABBY PATTY SECRET FORMULA! There are several episodes that show hits of the formula, but the biggest example is the episode: Friend or Foe. In the episode, we see several ingredients fall into the meat Krabs was cooking after his fallout with Plankton. Upon tasting it, he says, "I've done it! I've discovered the prefect patty batter!" So there is in face a series of herbs and spices that Krabs puts into the patty's.

I think that the Krabby Patties are made with imitation crab meat. I mean, it's even spelled with a "k". Krusty Krab, Krabby Patty, Krabmeat. It makes sense. And about feeding fish to fish, well Plankton feeds them chum, which is made from fish parts, so clearly there is no problem with that.
