FYI, apparently mascarpone cheese is sensitive to temperature so make sure your whipped cream is room temp too or the mixture is going to curdle and separate. Made this recipe 3 times and the 4th time I used whipping cream straight out of the fridge and it curdled. Only way to fix it was to do double broiler method.

I gotta be honest, I've seen a lot of creators recently turn ads into something that isn't just inoffensive, but something I actually want to watch. But this? This isn't some crazy skit, it's just satirizing real, actual commercials. I've never seen that before, but it's every but as good as the crazy skits. Excellent job. It's hard to advertise something so well that doesn't feel pandering or just uncaring.
