I love Domo and this tournament, but I think wanting to create an edited version rather than just having the VODs ended up deflating the finale. It took too long to produce which unfortunately means interest waned a lot by the time they came out. The edits themselves remove too much of the flow and because you don't want to have commentary that is missing context, it limits where you can cut and what you can include. Overall, it was still a great event and I look forward to the next season which will hopefully include DLC. 🤞

Couldn’t agree more. I don’t follow these very closely but I love watching the vods and have been keeping up this season. I was very confused for a while on why it just ended and had no idea if there even was a final or not. I also enjoy watching these full from start to finish

nah the edits are so clean and make what would be a 4 hour vod down to an hour. i think posting the vod on this chanel and posting the edited version on his main would be nice but idk

Yeah the edits are great but it wouldve been better if the vod had just been uploaded right away. I wouldve still watched the edit when it came out later anyways

If there's a season 3, you should definitely bring back unique center squares. Was the most hype part of the finals in season 1. I understand the problem that happened last time when it was unclear if players should google, but I don't think that should get in the way of a very interesting mechanic.

I absolutely love Bingo Brawlers! I binged both seasons and practice matches as they came out. My 2cents about new vid format for as far as anyone cares; Besides the long wait time and weird flow of the games due to being edited, as other people have pointed out, I also really don't like the fact that due to all games being in 1 video I was already 90% sure cata won after the first game because of the video length. Which made me less interested to watch the second game.. We also miss out on random bullshitery commentary like rot dawg, dawg with a rot - and co-commentators cringing about dom's jokes 😅

Great season. Personally i prefer the longform, unedited matches with all the commentary. We need a gino v cata game. Hope we get a season 3!

I think his hype is charming, but I can understand why people find it a bit abrasive. The guy put in a ton of work and had some scary-ass opponents, and I can't honestly say I wouldn't pop off like that if I were him 😅

Those end game squares only ever come into play as a forced bingo block or the last squares for a majority win. If Domo wants to see a Mohg race then the boards have to be designed to force them.

This catalyst guy can play. Can't wait for the matches against Gino. Gino sort of walked through season 1 with superior boss mechanics but catalyst seems to be about on par in terms of fight execution.

Thanks so much for putting together this awesome series, one of my favourite things to watch on KZbin. Stoked to see Bushy in the commentary for this one, worked really well. I do think (as I can see many others have also said) that you are editing this a bit too much. I personally prefer to watch the entire VOD. The editing isn't bad, but it reduces the flow and tension of the experience in my opinion :)
