Being myself an Algeria, I do not wish for war against Morocco. There's a lot of development to be done, infrastructure to be built, and very interesting opportunities to be exploited on both ends. We need economic, cultural and technological collaborations between Algerians and Moroccans. If we could trade and collaborate with Morocco, I believe that our GDPs would increase dramatically. We need free trade, sound economic policies, and no bureaucracy/corruption. Then everyone will live happily in both countries. Immigration flows will revert, people would start immigrating towards those countries to take advantage of opportunities.
