Brooke being upset about the Glenn/Sydney stuff and then on the next breath PRAISING John Mulaney is really something lol
@ellabiddy4741 Жыл бұрын
Well we don’t know for sure that anyone cheated but Glenn and Sydney are filming a romcom with lots of cute BTS pics being shared, the entire cast/set crew said they thought they were dating, then both of their partners broke up, and we could all see this play out. With John Mulaney he was with Anna in active addiction, went to rehab, then after a while ended up with Olivia and we don’t really know he cheated it’s just kinda fishy. People change in recovery and it make sense to need something different than when he was in addiction. If he cheated that’s icky but it’s a lot less clear than with Glenn and Sydney and much more humiliating for their exes
@bleedingcowboys7147 Жыл бұрын
we dont know if glen powell and sydney sweeney actually cheated either. it could all be a PR thing, and even if it isnt, no one will know unless they officially say theyre a thing. thats true for john mulaney too - no one knows if he cheated except the people involved. so... seems like youd have the same opinion on both - but maybe thats just my perspective 🤷♂️
@pixie949910 ай бұрын
@@ellabiddy4741this was a really long winded response justifying a man’s gross behavior that showed a level of parasocial fixation i only see with swifities. it’s CRAZY that you pulled the “he was an addict so _if_ he cheated stop talking ab it bc he has a pass” card. it’s *just as likely,* if not more so, that glenn & sydney are pulling a publicity stunt if we use your broken logic. yall female woman haters show yourselves in the WEIRDEST ways. he won’t pick you, girl. silence is always the loudest response & not one person involved has decided to say a single thing in the years we’ve had this “rumor.” he probably cheated & that doesn’t impact you in any way at all. you’ll be okay.

This is actually so important in regards to the Classy v Trashy segment! I am studying to receive my doctorate in clinical psychology and there is a term related to what you are talking about! It is called the fundamental attribution of error. We label the bad behaviors of others as characteristic of that person or group but excuse the same behavior in other groups based on external factors outside of their control. It is much easier to say that something outside of our control is responsible for our shortcomings rather than actually taking responsibility for them. We are much more likely to excuse ourselves or people we know well (who typically share our same race). When an action is the same but our response changes based on who is doing it, discrimination, prejudice, and oppression result.

I don't think you need to "relate" to someone to read their book. I think that's kind of the beauty of books. It can give you the perspective of another person, someone who had a life you haven't.

I’m gonna say the biggest mistake tourists can make in Italy is not understanding how regional Italian food is. Learn about the region you’re going to and what dishes are native to that area, and you’ll be tasting it at its best. Sure, you can get good pizza in Venice or risotto in Naples, but the beauty of Italian cuisine is just how varied it is and if you’re expecting fettuccine Alfredo and spaghetti and meatballs (Italian-American food), you’ll be disappointed. A lot of tourist trap restaurants will cater to what Americans think is Italian food - not authentic. And never ever go to a restaurant that has the people standing outside trying to draw you in! I’ve never been to a fantastic traditional restaurant that had a guy accosting passersby to come eat!
