Nah, tie a big loop in the end, girth hitch it over bag. One and done, you never have to tie or untie.

That's a good method also.

The only method I’ll ever use.

The old method anyone should use!! Easy to take off and girth hitch to the rope

Interesting idea. Lots easier than untying a bowline.

I use the same. The clove hitch might be my favorite knot.

This is what I use and I have had a bag get extremely stuck and with quite a bit of effort I’m able to pull the knot out releasing the bag.

Hey Bino, Is there a knot that allows the throw ball to unattach from the throw line in case you can't pull it over a branch or gets stuck with enough force applied?.
@BinoH Жыл бұрын
I think it's possible with a girth hitch with a small tail. I've never tried it though.

@@BinoHThanks Bino, I heard someone say a slippery 8 knot or something slippery knot, but "knot" sure.

As Bino mentioned, a girth hitch works well for that. I’ve recovered many stuck throw bags using the girth hitch. The obvious downside is that it’s less secure than other knots.

@@shongiffin4735 I'm gonna give it a shot, thanks.

I was teaching all my friends this and I wasn't using 2 loops😵 they prefer a bowline on a bite now lol

The knot to use is the one you like most.

Does this knot ever fail on you in challenging situations?
