Those are part of the lightning protection system. It's a web of metal wires that connects to the metal rods at the rooftop and goes all the way to the ground to disperse any lightning strike.

can see dirt / moss already at 33:55 , a recently VP-ed project shouldn't have such issues this quickly rite? for a residensi project, the facilities are quite impressive, especially the pool area..

Sharp eye sight. Yeah, it's bad, but at the same time, it's purely because of that condition there, whereby water is trickling down. I would be more worried if moss is there due to the area being damp as a whole for no apparent reason. For this, hopefully they'll be able to channel the water through proper piping and with that, the problem should be solved.

Yeap, certainly. Gym and swimming pool is really basic, there's so many more facilities in this condo. Can watch from 34:30 onwards for the facilities.

I always believe in 'survival of the fittest'. There can always be new supply coming onboard but if an existing property has a very solid proposition (overall quality, facilities, maintenance and management), it will do fine.

It should be fine I think. Noise from the facilities would be negligible. Unless there's a karaoke facility, then yes, probably need to be more worried on this. Or if it's just beside a highway right after the toll, then noise pollution would be a real concern.

😅 Always an issue for properties that have big area with lots of facilities. If medium size developments, can do it in the 35~40mins time frame. If small ones, under 25mins also possible.

Gee, this prThis property falls far short of my expectations. The construction quality is poor, with haphazard layouts and low-grade materials that simply won't stand the test of time. The facilities are equally disappointing and simply don't meet the mark. With all these shortcomings, my rating is a dismal one out of five. I'm afraid I can't recommend this property.operty is bad. the constructions are irregular layout and cheap materials. The facilities are worst than bad. My rating is 1 to 5. No deal!.

All that kiasu-ness about the number of facilities. It's about quality not quantity. poor planning with all the facilities all spread out and sporadic. This is what we call cukup syarat je. the kids play area that's next to the ledge shouldn't be allowed or safety will be compromised. Toddlers are full of energy. Overall not well thought through.

True that, a lil bit all over the place. The kids facilities, would be better if they put it in the centre between the 2 towers, which is the area with the open grass/lawn. Not just the kids facilities, but the overall facilities layout and the access. For example, the swimming pool, to access it, had to walk through the path that I took indeed. Those from North Tower, if they want to go to the swimming pool, have to go through South Tower lobby. Huh?!
