The BB500 has three wash modes activated by the button instead of the heated drying.

Did these things not have the obnoxious beep just a short time before we bought ours? You didn't mention beeps, and I heard no beeps in your video. I'm trying to find out how to turn that "feature" off. Who wants beeps in the night or ever? Also, you didn't mention the lights or how to control them, but that's clear in the manual. There is no mention of beeps in the manual.

I believe you can turn that off by holding the heated seat button for 3 seconds

please let me know how to stop the beeping [disturbing for partner at night]...How to make sure the seat top stays up?..Also this new one is leaking all over the floor...What to do with these issue..Thank you, Dr. Marlene

Yes, you can turn off the beep by pressing and holding the cleansing button for few seconds until you hear short beeps. I was trying to buy this. So I got the above info from Google.

@@ThisGuyRocksLikeCrazy I got that from Google also, and it doesn't work! Also, some of the functions of the buttons are different depending on whether you are seated or not, and those instructions (from Google) don't say. Also, there is ZERO mention of the beeps in the manual.

What does the minimum water pressure look like? You showed the max pressure, but I'm wondering what the range looks like. Thanks!

It sucks at reducing water pressure and maintaining it. I'm very disappointed in mine.

Is the water warmed electrically or is it connected to the warm water line?

Electronically. It only has the one line in.

What you say at 2:20 is not accurate. We bought this seat in May of 2024, and the manual says it will work during a power outage, but of course there's less pressure and no heat function. I have only had it installed today and have not yet unplugged it to see how it does. Of course, if someone doesn't have electricity available, they would be unwise to buy a $200 seat when you can get the non-electric kind for much less.
