Great design as always! I had actually made my own primal Pohatu in response to the Tahu video, and I had a lot of trouble with the scorpion legs. I love your solution to use the trap pieces, I hadn't considered that at all

Rhino idea is not bad, but it’s EXTREMELY HARD to do good Onua-rhino from Onua and Terak.

I don't have uniter onua or terak, soi can't really experiment with it, but how I imagine it is that the big terak hands would be used as shoulder/upper arm armor to add bulk to the rhino. The arms and legs would become the rhino legs, and the horn and beast head would be on the back like Pohatu. But I have no idea what to do for weapons. Perhaps the horn could also be a shoulder canon like the Protector of fire, and/or he could just be a brawler

When I built my version some years ago (late 2016/early 2017, I think), it was also a scorpion, but had the stinger tail be a sword and used the other two swords and Pohatu's feet to make the claws (at least, that's what I think I did; can't necessarily remember). But what I did for the feet and legs (which formed the scorpion's tail), that was based off of what you did for Pohatu Delta; really dug the design. ;) And speaking of which, interesting take with your MOC; never thought the trap pieces could double as insect legs. As always, keep it up and looking forward to your next with eager anticipation! ;D

The fact you used the shadow trap pieces as LEGS is just such a unique design, and I love it. Sure, they aren’t posable, but that doesn’t really matter when this thing is better than the original set(s).

That would be my dream. I never had enough time to by many sets but I cherished every set I ever got. The 2016 beasts weren’t available in my country sadly, so I could never get them. It made me sad we never got a official makuta set. It looked cool in the episodes
