Any advice on a home water filter for one person? I was on the verge of getting a small Berkey when I saw a video showing that the fluoride filter increased aluminum concentration etc Left my under sink ROS at another home years ago - too much effort to carry that water to my new home. I've been drinking commercial distilled water from 4L plastic bottles.

You might appreciate how much better a single drop of treated water (thx to water dowser Raymon Grace's audio) makes water, coffee, etc. taste. He was on a national radio show and did his dowsing...then reports came flooding in about the clearing of murky water, even arsenic, as far away as Paris. It seems that simply hearing him do this dowsing cleared water nobody could remedy. Look into it. I used his audio to help during an emotionally horrible time in life, and literally, that night, was so changed, sooo uplifted, that my friends were in shock. What did you do?? It was the audio. Adding sea salt, Epsom salt to warm water (or tea or coffee). Letting water to sit still, let it go through a filter, swirl and pour it from one glass to another, and even sing to it. I found it strange you didn’t mention blessing your water- saying/singing your intentions facing the sun rise as you swirl the water for 20 seconds: You can structure water with your own energy. And yes to salt in water! It adds negative ions so it’s like grounding and perfect for bath water as well. Water is an icosahedron and has 20 “faces”- way more than any other element which gives it great magnifying abilities 😘

I've been taking 1-1.5g of basic himalayan salt that I grind in a coffee grinder about 3x per day and for me, it is "everything". There are actually immediately obvious effects on my muscle composition, weight lifting ability, and who knows what else. Essentially, if I wake up and drink yerba mate, or only water, and try to do pushups, even after warming up I'm just not at 100% and not really feeling it. A gram of salt, especially with non-homogenized whole milk, allows me to get a "pump" which is what all body builders are after in every single workout, literally 100% of people are chasing the pump. Salt allows me to acheive a pump every. single. TIME!!!! The effect on muscles and how I look in the mirror, or how I fit in my shirts, is unreal. I literally look sexier because my muscles are fuller and I have the energy and "pump" to keep working out. It's literally unreal... and like an open secret or something... I'm not sure how much is healthiest, though. I heard 4-6g is what the science suggests are the range for health, but I'll bet we can safely handle 10g a day if we were cavemen and didn't know better.

Also, first thing I drink warm structured water with Himalaya salt, lemon, cayenne pepper, honey with a capsule (600mg) of ACV. I have a sensitivity to salt and after I found out (it didn’t sound right or sit well with me), I did some research and I started putting 2 and 2 together…..so, seems I am low in potassium and after more research both of those stem from low magnesium. I also learned that there are multiple types of magnesium, so I now take a complex mag capsule, along with potassium daily. Not only has it helped my severe migraines, but I can fall asleep most nights at a normal hour now, among other things (had many symptoms). So, until I get into a good mineral routine, no extra salt for me. And next is finding out how to rid my body of high metals……I may have found where that came from too……recent study shows all drinks and juices that aren’t plain water or milk have high levels of metals. Who knew? They never wanted us to know…..😑

If you have sleepless nights you need to avoid ALL caffeine! ...not even any morning coffee! That stuff stays for over 24 hours in your system! Stop drinking ALL caffeine drinks...coffee, tea, soda...even chocolate has caffeine, as well as all chocolate-type drinks, and should be ON YOUR LIST OF NO-NOS! Even caffeine-free coffee contains SOME caffeine...so beware! At first when giving up your caffeine, you WILL experience some withdrawal symptoms, but in a few days it will pass! Get your energy from juices and if you feel weak, a glass of juice will pick you up in a few minutes! CAFFEINE IS A DRUG! NO CAFFEINE IS YOUR GOAL IF YOU WANT HEALTHY SLEEP!

Stir and drink first thing in the morning. Great for your immune system. Himalayan salt heart for thyroid. We use 1 week and then switch to another. Redmond is my favorite with all the minerals. Thank you for the information on butter! Another way is to put quartz crystals in the water one is about to drink and stir it with a bamboo shish kabob stick for 10-15 seconds. When the stirrer hits the crystal it produces a piezoelectric effect. The water will feel smoother, sort of frictionless as it goes down. I keep crystals in water glass and my coffee mug along with using butter in the coffee. Another way to keep all the water in your body structured would be to spin orgonite, tensor rings, or Multi Wave Oscillators on a fan. The energy that is put out goes far and wide - around the world in fact. IOW, it will help to solve 75 to 95% of the challenges we face now, such as better and more abundant crops, reductions in droughts, the return of butterflies and bees, all while greatly reducing the heightened feelings of irritability the seems to be worldwide, especially in places that are densely using WiFi, 5G and the rest. Hmmmm, Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, baking soda, tumeric, cumin, black pepper, paprika, cinnamon, borax, in my fluoride filtered, ceramic filtered, structured water is what do and with the additives I use 1-2 weeks on and take a break for several days, 4-7 days. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Adding salt is good so long as ones body is not hyper insulin. As I understand the chemistry high insulin causes the kidneys to hold on to sodium. Low insulin allows the kidneys to have a choice as to whether the body needs to hold or release sodium. Potassium bicarbonate is a way to neutralize and add potassium to ones body.

Thank you so much for "over explaining". I know you might have used terms others do not know. However I understood the terms and the processes I did not. so THANK YOU! great teacher. Touched on fundamentals and extended to help us understand the main concepts and processes. Please keep creating content and enlightening us with woke knowledge.

The funny thing about blenders is they create a vortex of sorts when you have liquid in them… in my mind that has an effect… I just think that… i have no “scientific” information to back that up… lol

Most salt has high levels of micro plastics. Sea salt is especially bad and for some unknown reason Himalayan salt has micro plastics. Redmann’s salt is plastics free because it’s mined in Utah locked between layers of earth & has never been exposed.

Blood Ph does not change (it is constantly tamponed). The acidity / alkalinity issue is crucial in the interstitial fluid that bathes the cells. This is a huge compartment and a sort of 'temporary garbage dumping'. This fluid should be on the basic side to allow perfect cell functioning.

I started using a frother before putting water into my "sero" filter and have been unusually energetic! Finally got around to several projects I've been procrastinating! Also giving it to the cats, and have they ever gotten active. That's a little annoying, but glad to see them happy and having fun. And likely a good sign of their health.

As a child I remember my parents putting cream in coffee, made with water - As an adult on average I have 4-5 cups of coffee with 100% full cream milk each day - I like the idea of EZ, but think I may not be getting enough water & could be missing the benefit of EZ.

I think we left Seattle to go to Alaska and Dave and his film crew were on my flight to film a documentary. I was their flight attendant. They were the nicest people, salt of the earth, funny, and friendly. And here, in this video I've finally got the simple answer of structuring my water, and some confirmation I'm doing it right. I've chosen to by a magnetic stirrer plate, I put my H2O in a glass jar, and let it spin for about 2-3 min - not aggressively but with a good vortex going. Then I pour through my Britta (it's not the best but what I have for now), then use it as I need it. Question: does anyone know how long it stays structured? I've heard from 'only a couple days to only a few hours'. This doesn't make sense to me. But maybe water needs to move and standing water loses its structure.

And I have my filtered water station sitting at a spot where the sun comes in and hits it perfectly. In glass of course. Thanks for the reminder about butter/Ghee/MCT in coffee. I got out of the habit but think it’s time to bring it back!

I get my sodium on tomatoes/celery/lettuce & citrus fruits. cortisol helps us wake up I thought its ok to have small amount. anyway this is an interesting video and I'm commenting before I watch. Just thought seasalt was undigestable as its taught in natural hygiene. natural sodium in plants can be digested or assimilated. I have fasted intermittent many times and felt great.. BTW Fruit is structured water... Just stop drinking coffee, seriously, just stop. Drink carob or eat an apple. its 6x more effective at waking

Wow i just descovered that when i make a chocolate shake made with heavy whipping cream (what butter is made from and glycerin for sweetener) when I'm puttered out tired from hard physical labor I drink that blended shake and it's like hitting the reset button I'm fresh and ready to get back to the hard labor again I suspected it had something to do with the whipping cream and being blended and ice cold ... I drink them before I go to bed and I go to sleep much easier and sleep better
