It started with Enbrel, then another, and finally Cosentyx. Every time they stopped working, my PsA came back aggressively. Im now free of drugs on a plant-free diet.

Thanks for sharing your info. How long did you go on a plant-free diet before you felt better? What do you eat if you are "plant=free"?

@@rae717 I started feeling much better around five months into it. I eat beef, lamb, chicken, eggs, fish, seafood, hard cheeses, berries, honey, Diet Coke, and a coffee daily. It’s a rigid diet, but I feel better. Typically, we say eating is for nutrition, not for entertainment. It makes sense if you suffer from an autoimmune disorder.
