I love P50 1970. I live in USA and indeed you can get it only from salons that work with it or online. I am not a reach person, but I buy my PF50 1970 (the big bottle) once a year. It is indeed a “magic potion”. I think they are right when they say “the formula is the king!”

Hello sunshine 🌞!! Yes!! My favorite! I've been using P50 400 for several years. If I were ever stranded on a Island this is a must with a sunscreen that's all. I just placed my ordered yet again P50 400😂 I transfer it to a mister, Then just spray my face. I've done this all along. Waist not any on a cotton. Thank you for such a thorough explanation of this wonderful product! 🌼 Yes, its very pricey. I purchase the large bottle😳 yikes. My masalma...interesting. Tell me which is more comparable. You know, I think the Maysama is beautiful, and it is packed with antioxidants as well as AHA's, BHA's and PHA's. But, if the P50 400 works so well for you, I would stay with it. I just started using my P50 1970 again (with phenol: it smells like sulfur and vinegar)I stopped using it when I started using tretinoin but I’ve been using the BR again for a few weeks now. The original formula works well for me (I’m 62 with thick skin) so I will continue using it once a day every other day. I discovered a 5% urea cream (Zeroid) and it has really eliminated surface dehydration for me and allowed me to use the P50 on a regular basis. My skin is smoother and firmer when I use BR so I’m glad I found a solution that allows me to continue using it.

I love this product I have repurchased several times in the largest bottle possible I use it everyday I use p50 1970 it does stink but keeps my skin clear I had hormonal issues thank you perimenopause if someone feels it is too strong you can dilute the cotton pad with water and add the solution you don’t need much then I layer my other products on top of it

Hii thank you so much for reviewing this,, I became a loyal user of BR products last year!! It has been a complete game changer for my skin!! I do alternate my P50s I use 1970 only at night day time I use the v or PIGM400. Yes the products are a bit pricey but it's worth every penny!! The best advice I do share it's best to go for a skin Analysis when wanting to start BR products,,, luckily I have a spa like 15min from my house and they sell all the BR products. And P50 means peel 50 days which you really have to give this stuff time to work!!💕💕💕💕

I was already peeling like crazy so I couldn’t use anything that would make me peel even more. I am very close to start trying to introduce acids slowly again because I have not peeled for weeks from my RetinA so I may be close to being acclimated. If, they are subtle. I think that the Morhpheus 8 is much stronger than the treatment I had, and therefor gives better results. Do you know which machine your practitioner would be using? Dear Claudia, I have been looking forward to this video. I've been going to Biologique Recherche here in Paris for quite some time (interrupted by Covid) and I've tried to use Lotion P 50 several times. But I always get very sensitive and flakey/peeling skin. I'd love to incorporate it but I also use Tretinoin (0.025%) in the evening and Acelaic Acid (15%) in the evenings for well aging and rosacea. They are certainly my priority and I build my skincare around it. I've started Lotion P 50 Pigm 400 last week, as my esthetician at BR said it was the mildest. But I still peel. The estheticians at BR are lovely but dont seem to know about Tretinoin nor Acelaic Acid. Since, as far as I know, you too use Tretinoin and I'd love to have your thoughts on Tretinoin and Lotion P50. Thank you, G

Hi, I am glad to hear you are enjoying the facials at BR as well! To my understanding BR really does not want us to use tretinoin with their products, however like you, it is my priority, so I have continued to use it. I use the P50W in the morning and my tretenoin at night. I do not use acelaic acid, but would not think it would be a problem. Have you tried using the P50 Pigm only every other day to start? Or diluting it? Do you only peel or do you get irritation and sensitivity? I would say def. keep your tretinoin and acelaic acid, I see no reason why they could not be used with BR. If the P50 ends up not working for you, there are other exfoliators you can use Please keep me posted

I use the p50 1970 and I use tretinoin .05% and have for years. The best way to not peel so much is to put an oil over the tretinoin in the evening. It does not dilute or inactivate the tretinoin. I use organic sea buckthorn oil. It’s wonderful and very hydrating.

Hi Claudia! Thank you for the honest review as usual. You have mentioned using the Youth to the People Kombucha + 11% AHA Exfoliation Power Toner. How would you say they compare? The ingredients in Taste Knockout Tingle Treatment Toner seem quite similar. Here, BR 1.7oz is $32 and the 5.1oz $72. The tarte is $24 for 1.7oz and $51 for 5oz. Have you ever used it? I have the BR P50V, but never really got into it. I still have the tiny bottle. Given your success using an AHA toner daily in the AM, I might try again. Thanks again!

I did like that one as well, but it has been a while, so I do not remember why I stopped using it. It is def. stronger than the P50 W, and I would not have been able to use it daily. I kind of like the idea of using something not quite as strong daily. But yes, it is expensive and if you find something comparable and cheaper, I would say go for it. I have not tried the Taste Knockout Tingle Treatment, but I will take a look at it. If you end up using it, please keep usposted xx

Hi Deb, I think you will love the P50. I still use it almost nightly (went back to it a while ago because I missed it) As far as other products, that is tuff, since many of the have been reformulated and I am not familiar with the new formulations. I do like the Creme Mask Vermix VG. It is not as rich as the old one, but still a great product. You use it as an over night mask x

Ive bee so curious about this. Ive heard YTers mention once and never again. Is the one that addresses hyperpigmentation just as potent as the strongest P50 lotion. I have sturdy skin with hyperpigmentation. Should I use this in AM if I use tretinoin in PM? Also where does my Vit C serum fit in?

Hi, they say that the P50 Pigm 400, which is the one for pigmentation is not as strong as the regular P50. But it might be a good place to start. A few people have commented that it is their favorite. I still use my tretinoin at night, but my skin does not really like ascorbic acid in the morning after the P50 lotion. I do think I might be able to use Vitamin C again once the weather gets warmer, but right not I have left it out. However if you have hardy skin, you might be just fine. BR does not really recommend retin a or vitamin c, but you do not have to follow their recommendations and as I mentioned, I am still using my retin a and will not give that up :)

Hi Kin, thank you for your very sweet comment! You know, I actually had quite a bit of congestion on my checks, lots of little blackheads, and they are all gone since using the P50. I think you will love it, but if you get the original, go slow, it is quite strung. My favorite is the P50 W Please keep me posted xx

Hi Mac, I actually purchased quite a few BR products and have been using almost only BR (aside from my retin a), for the last 6 weeks or so. I actually really love the products. I use the Lait EV cleanser which is gorgeous, the A -glyca serum as well as the Elastin serum, the VIP 02 moisterizer and at night the creme mask vermix. I would say def. try some of their products, they are different, but really lovely. Let us know if you end up trying any xx

Hi Catrina, thank you for your kind compliment! I definitely think that the Oralift did wonders , not just my face shape, but my teeth grinding as well. I did show before and afters in a previous video, and was amazed at the difference myself. I did have a couple of sculptra sessions but honestly, so far I did not see a difference from it. So the difference you are seeing is either from the Oralift, or lighting ;) I hope you are having a great weekend

I've been always curious about that toner, Claudia. For me, it's easier to get the P50 than the one by Mysama because I live in Spain. I have never had acne but ,lately, I always get two or three small pimples I discover in the morning (either on my chin or jaw line...maybe my HG sunscreen is producing them or maybe it's my hormones ,not quite sure about it), so maybe I should give it a try...However, I feel a bit worried about using an exfoliating toner everyday as I messed up my skin barrier some years ago and I wouldn't like to do it again. Do you know which other product could I use for those small pimples I'm getting? Maybe azelaic acid? TIA, Lots of love from Spain! 😘😘

Hi Esperanza, thank you for being here. Azelaic acid did not really do much for the little breakouts I was getting, like you, seemingly every morning, but maybe it will help you. You could try using the P50 diluted with a bit of water first, or only start with every other day. And if you try it, I would say go for the P50W, but maybe you could talk to a BR expert in your area and see which they would recommend. Please keep me posted Lots of love to Spain xx

Hi, Claudia! Are you using tretinoin at the same time you are using this AHA/PHA product? I have an 8% glycolic acid toner I use a couple of times a week, any more than that and it tingles my skin too much since I use the .1 percent tret. Thanks for the thorough review!

Hi Kate, I am excited for you to visit Paris. Yes, absolutely, there are actually a couple of BR spas, but their prices are crazy. If you come to the 7th, where the Eiffel Tower is, there is little place where you can get BR for way less. The owner's name is Sylvie, she is a sweetheart and here is her website www.planity.com/sylvie-camus-... When you get there you have to ring the bell, since Sylvie is often in the back doing facials. She has all the products displayed right there, so it's easy to find. If you can not find the place or need more help, please let me know. I would say go there at the beginning of your trip, just in case she needs to order something you want. Hi Claudia , i am glad that you liked P50 lotion. I love it. Well i love all BR products, that i have been using now, for about 3 years. My skin is very sensitive , and i tried before that, for about 6 months other brands. But it didnt work for my skin. Now even my skin always was sensitive, as long as it agreed with the skincare that i was using, it was fine. I never had breakouts or acne, especially in Europe. Only around 30’s, here in US, my skin suddenly became irritated, red. I tried many brands, before i stumbled up on this great brand, that my skin loved at that time. It was all organic raw vegan, its like my food. It was brand in Las Vegas. My skin turned around 360 in about a month. I used that brand for over decade, until around 47. My skin again became red and super sensitive, so i tried so many brands, until i found BR. I found it by watching some KZbinrs . My favorite P50 Pigm 400. I dont have hyperpigmentation problem either, but i just wanted that glow and brightness . I tried all of them. I do have all of them, but my skin the most likes this one. I do use sometimes P50W when i use 3R serum, which is also exfoliating serum. I cant give all the credit, on how my skin is more brighter, glowing, and became more robust, only to P50 lotion. I think its all regiment. I use Iso placenta serum after P50 , which is so smoothing. Also use Colostrum serum, which gives even more hydration,, and i finish with masque vernix mixed with creme pigm 400, finishing serum VipO2 and a few drops of future golden oil( BR has also oil, but their oil is little bit heavier, not so good for sensitive skin) i also was using hydrating masques from other brands almost every day. And 2 a week BR another famous product Mask Vivant mixed with Mask Vip O2 . I see huge improvement, my skin is smooth like silk, bright , more glow, even out, and no redness, itching , no rosacea ( well as long as dont overdo with 3 R serum) so this was my regiment. I did added a few more serums. To me its worth it, as long as buy what really works for me. I do my homework, i do not just buy what BR estheticians try to sell it . Like i tried some their other masks, i am not so exited. Have a blessed day 🙏🧡

Hi Giedre, I am so happy to hear that BR is working so well for you. I have to admit, I bought a whole bunch of products as well, including 4 serums, 3 creams and the MC1 100, and I love all of it. I love the Creme Mask Vermix. It smells so bad, but it is so good! Oh, I also have the VIP 02 mask as well as the Lait EV cleanser, which I love. So basically I have only been using BR products as well, aside from my retin a. I need to give the colostrum serum a try, I heard it is amazing. Please keep me posted if you try any other BR products you love xo
