What pre filter sponges are included in North America?

@@OASENorthAmerica thank you. I purchased the 600 from PetSmart. How long should I keep the carbon pre filter sponges before changing, how long the carbon lasts? Can’t find this information in the manual. Is the new pre filter pipe with larger holes coming to US. Thank you.

The tubing wont get on the inlet or putlet for me even when heated up ot just refuses to go on

Hi there, it can take a little elbow grease the first time, try connecting the tubing to the inlet and outlet before you attach the other end to the filter. The water distributor nozzle keeps popping out.

Hi, obviously your not going to get the same water movement but is it OK to use the bar but under water

If you are annpyed by the noise / amount of bubbles in the tank then use the filler connection instead. I have the filler on the end of the spray bar so only the last 3 holes of the spray bar drop any water out at all and it's not much, that way I have it running pretty much silent but still agitating the surface.

I tried to set mine up and just flooded my apartment… It looks like it flooded out from the heater. Any ideas on how I can make sure it’s in there properly secured..? Maybe I forgot a piece?

Yes, the BioMaster & BioMaster Thermo 250-850 fits 16/22 mm tubing.
