The first time ive seen dragon get one tapped... Ive seen KZbinrs with sharpness 255 diamond/Netherite sword and it takes the same amount of hits as a normal unenchanted diamond sword. But you already freed the world from blood moon so logically you didn't really need to add the dragon head.

When we collect a item dropped by a mob, we collect by the whole (ie the total quantity of the item), not little by little. So he cannot get only 2 if it dropped 4.
