The male officer in this video needs to be fired because he can not stay calm! He’s so upset by someone just calling him rude. The female officer is nice and she is one I would support. Like usually I'm respectful over all first responders but here is proof that I don’t support the bad ones.

@@thecouncilofcircumcision7930 she asked "did you beat him" because he mentioned a resisting charge. I think that's a valid question to hearing that, not an assumption. Most people who resist arrest get roughed up. Had he said "your son was arrested" and then she asked about him getting beat, THAT would be an assumption. In your case, let's flip it a little bit. If someone starts speaking spanish to you and you ask that question, it's a curiosity based on the circumstance, not a random conclusion you jump to. Big difference in my opinion.

That cop was being 100% ignorant. He acted like there was no reason for her to be concerned. Parents worry when their children interact with law enforcement, even when their kids are white. Given the police's reputation, her concern wasn’t unreasonable. It’s like he expected her to immediately know he was one of the “good ones.” just by looking at him. Based on the way he couldn’t answer a question without taking personal offence and couldn’t stay calm for more than three minutes, I seriously doubt that.

The mom was litarally asking just so that she could judge what kind of people she would have to deal with in this case. Saying it's not a known fact that cops beat up black man is crazy. Like it's been a thing not only these past years but for as long as I can remember. Like yeah, the son did trespass, and he did resist arrest, no denying that, but she was literally asking to judge the room, to see if her son was having delusions again, or if it was just a simple case of police brutality.

Think the problem arises when people get an idea of how those in a profession are, like police are ONLY beating people and arresting those of non-white ethnicities, and perpetuate that idea in all interactions even passive-aggressively and passing on that notion. Like the gall of the lady asking "Well did you beat him?" as if that's a casual thing to ask. You almost never see police in a good situation, and they typically only deal with bad ones; so it's easy to associate police as bad, especially ill tempered examples like these officers that had way too low of patience and started getting combative. Even if the guy was acting a fool and delaying his departure, they escalated it even without the cut bits from the footage You calling all police 'class traitors' and selfish is an unabashed thing to say and a good example of what I mean by the way lol It's rude because it's generalizing, which is bad in general, but the lady can think whatever she likes; the police don't need to justify their behavior by taking vocal offense and yelling at them for their views, that's their right
@Imjustvibin-eq4wq4 күн бұрын
It was her tone and the choice of words that made it sound stereotypical and derogatory. The fact that she sided with the cop and didn't keep arguing saying increasingly racist shit afterward shows she's not the problem.

NGL I couldn't tell he was black from the body cam footage, so when pig kept mentioning him being black I was so confused until the mom showed up and clarified. This is definitely another case of cops not knowing how to de-escalate the situation and instead further escalating and hurting people for no good reason. Luckily no one was seriously harmed in this instance. I think the son might have a mental condition possibly, which could explain his confusion (he seems genuinely confused to me at some points, like he forgets things or something else). edit: the end of the video confirmed he does have a mental condition, which makes a lot of sense

Here I’m definitely on the cops side. The guy was literally walking slow as hell just to annoy the cops while they gave him a plenty of time to just leave and suddenly he starts saying his car is on the other side? Wouldn’t he say that at the start before he started leaving in another direction? To me it’s like he was trying to find whatever excuse he could. And then the mom walks to the cop and the first thing she does is saying “did you beat him?”. The cop was pretty much still annoyed because of the guy so ofc he took it personal. Imagine doing your job at protecting people and putting your life at risk for them and then this woman accuses you of being racist and beating him. I don’t get it. When it comes to race people are always against the ones that are racist or accuse someone of being one (as they should) but in this case people somehow overlook it? And then it’s “sus” how defensive the cop was about being one? Wouldn’t anyone be?
