I've always enjoyed how his character is in a grey area between Ryan & Fontaine. He will scam people, even take pride in it. But while he takes advantage of peoples situation he's not the one who puts them there and even helps them alittle with better housing and paying jobs for those no one else will touch. He doesn't really care if he makes someone's life better but he also doesn't want his actions to make their lives worse either. Plus hes always straight with Delta

I just found out that his voice actor died. He was really talented, and this video is a perfect shrine to daid talent. Doug Boyd was one of the few people who could portray a character as morally grey yet compelling as Augustus Sinclair Esquire. R.I.P. Doug Boyd, may he rest in peace.

I just found out NOW that Doug Boyd passed away back in 2021. I've been playing Bioshock 2 for more than 10 years and this..feels different

Sinclair's possibly my favorite character in all of the Bioshock series originally Atlas had a Southern accent and that's what gave him away of being a turncoat that's why Sinclair has a southern twang to it to him.
