At 5:30 you mention the addition of an O-atom to an S-atom, however your mechanism doesn't feature an S on the right. Why is that?

How can I research aberrant metabolization causing opposite effects? For Example: What phrases can I use to research why Barbiturates have an extreme stimulatory effect on me (think aggressive drunken sailor on speed for many hours). I’m trying to understand how to gain support from a medical system where a majority of drugs cause an opposite intended primary &/or secondary effect.
