Bipolar Courage. My diagnoses, advocacy, creative expression.

My name is Xanthe Wyse.
Overview of my diagnoses and my efforts.
My main diagnoses are bipolar disorder (type 1 which has mania) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
I am also diagnosed with pervasive developmental disorder - not otherwise specified (PDD-NOS) which is "clinically significant autism spectrum features" and mild social anxiety disorder.
My creative efforts are mainly painting and writing.

Since this video, I selfpublished my memoir, Bipolar Courage: Are You Sure You're Not Autistic? It's about some of the behind-the-scenes during the advocacy journey, with focus on an intense connection with an autistic man with depression.

Thanks for checking in on me. I haven't been vlogging. Had recent skin cancer surgery then my Dad died just over a week ago. So sorry you lost your Dad so very recently and had the skin cancer surgery. That's a lot to be coping with. I lost my Mum recently.@@BipolarCourage
