Sir any chances of getting another episode of mania disorder while a person is under medication.. Because recently I got engaged with a person after 6 months we are getting married but 10 days before he is admitted in hospital and under treatment doctor said he is having such problem. Doctor said it is not curable but he should take medicine as per doctors advise for a term of period.

I'm bipolar disorder patients....do advise me to tell people (manager) about that?? Should I write a formal (official) letter or tell them verbally. I find it somewhat embarrassing plus I think they won't believe me. Then they will underestimating me.

Please weigh the consequences of disclosing, based upon the legislation in your country regarding holding the license to practice medicine having bipolar disorder. Some countries do not allow doctors to practice if they suffer from Bipolar. Please discuss with your treating psychiatrist before you take any steps of disclosing. Nice interacting with you
