Thanks for posting. Looks like a great adventure flight, and the emotions are completely understandable. Nice work maintaining yourself as you went deep back there.

Mate fantastic video and it shows the same emotions I go through all time. You want to land but can’t cause the adventure is to big. Full on mountain exposure buddy. Memories forever.

Absolutely amazing flight Bri! I love your commentary and how honest you are about when you’re scared. I’ve been flying for just over a year now and love your videos. What would happen if you bombed out over the mountains? Would you just have to walk to the nearest village? Did you manage to find out how the pilot was that had to throw their reserve?
@britube-mountainman2 ай бұрын
@AnthonyMcCleane thanks mate 😃 I said bomed bout but I mean fly out back the way I came. You don't want to bomb out over there. It can take days to walk back. Yes apparently he had back injuries. There were a few accidents over the back yesterday. The helicopter can't get them that day and I doesn't go at night so they had to be rescued the next day. I hope they are ok

Outstanding Brian. Some of the best paragliding video I've seen. The clarity at that altitude is fantastic and the cold is severe too. It was interesting at one stage (2.48) how fast those pilots ahead of you were dropping relative to you. Lively conditions for sure. Well done all.

@johncoutts oh yes I love flying hoad. There's nothing like flying over your home town.

@johncoutts thanks buddy. Yes I had more footage of that. They were at cloud base and then they just fell. That video is a bit jumbled up and and there's some good footage missing. I think I will make a new one

😁 Where shall I go? LOL You guys are pushing that back ridge to its limits! And then to see a reserve being deployed...oh boy, you'll see my spiral down!

At 1.22 secs in video you see a glider throw reserve and go down on a steep face of mountain. My question is except for the comment it is "frightening to see someone do that" what did you do to help this person. Did you call the safety channel 144.50 VHF or relay message through radio to your friends informing of crash. Keen to know your actions?

Im thinking exactly the same.

@@WuTangChillaBee And same for me: 1. No flying in clouds! It is actually forbidden... 2. When someone's life is at stake you stop flying. Maybe one day it will be you in need of a helping hand. Bad, twice...

Brilliant flight. What time of year or what dates did you fly there? Thinking of going out myself. Did you use a guide?

Absolutely brilliant brian. While getting the glider to India did you have to pay any fee ? I am an Indian and if you buy a glider online there will be a huge import tax. I have a few friends in US was hoping they could bring it as a luggage?

What spectacular views Bri, amazing! Glad you got back safe and sound . Are you still going to jump of Hoad, or will it be pointless after that epic adventure 😂😉
