Birds do this when they’re making nests before they lay eggs they take all kinds off soft debris as bedding and insulation for the eggs too keep them warm but I could be wrong and the bird might be cleaning up

Whenever a bird is building nest ,it collects every stuff it requires for making nest including polythene strips so please do not promote such stiff.islam is religion sent by Allah with the book which appeals to human conscience and is full of signs to open our mind....if this bird wi find a piece of plastic even on roadside ,or atop a church it will take it if needed for nest making.... Do not promote foolishness. And superstitious things ,islam is a way of life not a bunch of myths .
