The best sketch they did in my opinion was the post office privatisation and the reasons why the head of the British Post Office is In favour of it. Fortune in role of the director of PO, Bird interviewing. . John Fortune: And it isnt just the international competition, either! John Bird: It's not? I'm sorry, but what else is there? JF: Well I don't wanna be a scare monger, and this is rather sensitive commercial intelligence, but you may have noticed that we may not. . . We may not be alone in the Universe. JB: So, your suggesting that part of the post office could be taken over by uhhh. . .by alien life forms? JF: The possibility of extra terrestrial post offices does exist.... And we can't be sure, but they very well may have just spotted this niche in the market!
