Bird of Paradise by Marlo Fisken

Here is a new move ...the bird of paradise. My version is an overhead variation of the standing bound yoga pose "svarga dvidasana" (Bird of Paradise). Here are videos of both the upright and inverted versions. Enjoy!

Amazing Marlo as always! I tried this and it kills my shoulder blades as the pole really pushes right on the bone! Is there any tip to diminish the pain by moving certain parts of the body, or it's just one of these that you get used to eventually? Xxx
