Great video - it certainly is difficult to get good shots of martins, etc., but I thought yours were really good. I have trouble even spotting them in the sky, let alone find them in the viewfinder!! And I just wanted to add, how jammy are you, seeing the fox?!! Thanks for another true to life, honest record of your wildlife adventures. Always enjoyable and I look forward to your next!

It's so difficult isn't it! Especially when using a mirrorless camera, I know some folks who somehow keep both eyes open, one looking through the viewfinder and the other on the bird tracking it through the sky. It's a technique I'm years away from mastering. That fox was one hell of a sighting thanks to my buddy Luke, the footage was shot in 8k and incredibly cropped in. It was miles away. Thank you so much once again for your support, I really appreciate it 😄

Hi Damian, lovely vid and well done showing the cons of photography especially with martins. I do exactly have the same issues here in the Netherlands but I keep trying until i get that shot. Keep up the good job of inspiring me to go out!

Thank you for the kind words! I always think it's important to show the cons and failures, it makes it so much more special when you finally get that golden image you worked so hard on.
