Nice house, I would place the living room right at the front of the property instead of the dining room. Other than that great layout. Bright and comfortable.👍

All these smaller Homes are like long, narrow well-done apartments with no side windows. If there are side of the house windows they look directly onto the neighbors very nearby house. All the light comes in the very front or back of the house. You might as well live in a condo. The back yards are most often teeny boxes where one’s neighbor can see & hear everything happening. Lord help you if your neighbor is a loud jerk. 🙂 Yes, these are attractive multistory homes. It’s no wonder when Canadians retire they move to sunny Florida where they can have privacy & don’t have the climb a ton os stairs to go to bed every night. Now I know how Canadians stay fit in the long, snowy winter. They just walk from their kitchen to their bedroom. 🌸

point is to be stripped of the owners personality with the intention of a purchaser motivated by thoughts of themselves in the space. stripped down to the basics, khakis and a pale blue button-down..what you do to make it yours is for you to consider. the property is the same. if the owner's personality is to dominent its more difficult for a prospective buyer to visualize it being their own.

The ground floor is basically an open plan kitchen and its extension. How do people with spicy, oily cuisines live in houses with open plan kitchens? The whole house must smell of turmeric/garlic etc. No offence, this is a genuine question as I am a big garlic user in cooking.

As a single dad w/ son, this would fit our needs. And the design is very masculine which I love. I just don’t like that it looks like a townhouse. Only walls are separating the other houses. This is like condo/apartment living.

Loved the exterior of this home, but it lacks that “homey” feel on the inside. Too much white. It needs color. I saw the video of Sheryl Crow’s home. She had a lot of vintage items that fit great with other items that are modern. A lot of people are changing the interiors of older homes & it takes away its uniqueness.
