The Forest Walk and Earth Trail forms part of the Southern Ridges Heritage Trail. Skirting the southern hillside of Telok Blangah hill, it runs from the Hort Park at Alexandra Road to the summit of Telok Blangah hill for 1.3km.
The Forest Walk and Earth Trail is an excellent spot for bird watchers and bird photographers. With its easy access and tree-top views, it makes for an ideal spot for bird photography, especially for new birders, to see a whole variety of birds.
Video'd with the Osmo Action and Nikon P950.

We are in the middle of Taipei. Each day I do my hour-long exercise at our neighborhood park... it's a boring task except for the birds that's all around. Frequently Blue Magpies comes for a visit.

Wow James. I really enjoyed your video! My hubby and me did this exact trek on Sunday and it was so nice watching your video and reviewing our 'trip'. You're right, it's a lovely spot to catch the many beautiful birds in Singapore. We saw the GRT Drongo too. Thanks and keep on making your videos!! Keep up the awesome work.

Hi, James. First thanks for sharing your videos! I started birding about a 10 years ago after moving to Las Veags, NV and now have a list of about 200 and would love to see more especially overseas. Got to see 30 species in 2019 while visiting Vietnam and now i'm hooked on Asian birds...very colorful. Looking forward to visit Singapore on my next Asia visit.

Thanks James for another interesting video. How easy is it to get to this place from the Clarke Quay area of Singapore, which is where I will be staying in February next year?
