Glad to hear from you James. I have watched your earlier videos on Princess Elizabeth ESTATE, my childhood hometown. I am back revisting Hillview Ave & Princess Elizabeth ESTATE online. I chanced upon this video & realize you had been indisposed for a little while. Glad to know you are doing better & making good progress. Best wishes for good health & wellness. Take care. Glad that you are back. I watched your birding videos prior to a week's birding in Singapore in May 2023. Looking forward to some reminders of the great time I had there.

I am so very sorry to read you have been unwell James. Wonderful to have you back. James there is no need to apologise. Yes statins, I am on blood pressure tablets after incorrectly being prescribed steroids. Everything you have provided for people on birding and the history of some of the places in Singapore are an educational, informative delight. More simply welcome back.

Great to have you back James, I have missed your videos so much that I watched all the old ones again! We finally made it to Singapore late last year and it was everything we expected and more. We followed in your footsteps and saw some fabulous birds. So thank you. So glad to hear that your health problems are now resolved.

Dear James, I am extremely pleased to hear from you again. I live in Belgium, but I have watched your videos for years. In the past, I came rather often in Singapore, so thanks to you I was able to discover the right spots for birding. We have another common point, I take statine for more than 25 years and I am going totake your experience into consideration for the future. Take care!

Very glad to hear from you once again. Yes, one of the bad effects of taking statins is muscle pain. Thank God you discovered that and stopped taking them. So I guess that you now have to be strict on what you eat? Best wishes, James.

Glad you feel better James. I presume you are doing something about your high cholesterol (and other health issues). I understand newer statins have less side effects. Also, the brand makes a difference. I have heard doctor friends say that generic medicines are sometimes not as effective as branded ones. You might also want to consider taking Psyllium Husk to help lower your cholesterol levels too. I was advised by my dietitian and find it makes a difference.
