Yes statins, I am on blood pressure tablets after incorrectly being prescribed steroids. Everything you have provided for people on birding and the history of some of the places in Singapore are an educational, informative delight. More simply welcome back.

Very glad to hear from you once again. Yes, one of the bad effects of taking statins is muscle pain. Thank God you discovered that and stopped taking them. So I guess that you now have to be strict on what you eat? Best wishes, James.

Glad you feel better James. I presume you are doing something about your high cholesterol (and other health issues). I understand newer statins have less side effects. Also, the brand makes a difference. I have heard doctor friends say that generic medicines are sometimes not as effective as branded ones. You might also want to consider taking Psyllium Husk to help lower your cholesterol levels too. I was advised by my dietitian and find it makes a difference.
