The book was better for sure but I can’t wait to see the show. I mean, I read the book this summer and I cried too much. At first it was so hard to start reading, then it got a bit more interesting and I was like ‘hell yeah I’ll finish it soon’ but then I didn’t find it that interesting anymore. So then I realized that it was August or the end of July (I don’t remember) and I decided to get back in track and I read it when I had free time. I was so addicted. But then there was maybe two or three weeks until school and I knew that I can’t get anywhere reading like this and I started choosing myself amount of pages every day. The book had parts as well. Like, war and Elizabeth’s life (Stephen’s granddaughter who tried to find out more about her grandfather’s (Stephen’s) past) and someday I chose to read one part. And some day two. So I stood up until 4 am reading the book for about a week. And that’s how I finished it. And the second I did, I started missing it so much. And I really miss it right now as well. I really recommend this book.
