Wonderful music, and really good to see the performers enjoying themselves so much.

How many times in your life do you see a musician, let alone a guitarist, who leaves you opened mouthed? Not many! Bireli is supernaturally good.

The story I heard was that Bireli was jet lagged and had been drinking beers all day. He looks pretty loose up there, but still proves he's the best in just one solo.

I stumbled on this a while back and always find myself going back to it... for the astonishment: kzbin.info/www/bejne/n2XNaamfa6tpj80si=1DpnWhDa8yYLJ_WL It's the Gipsy Jazz Project he did in early 2000's. Simply amazing. And not just him but the musician company he keeps.

Birelli is a genius he was improvising at the age of 14 like a made guy, there is actually a vid on youtube, and my freind i've seen no one in the world improvising like him at this age, watch it out, and he keep progressing. But my point is that this guy is too humble, i hate him for that.

Is he playing the violin with his foot? Perhaps they should have a guitar where you strum with on hand & play notes with the other by tuning the pegs on the headstock

+5 for creativity? Talk about a tough crowd. And, if Bireli gets a 10 for speed, then Stochelo gets an 11. Yeah, I know it’s not a competition, but you’re right, It is fun comparing. When all is said and done, Bireli is the best guitarist on the planet.
