Do you find it tedious to put on or take off the Tokios because of the heel strap (considering they aren't velcro but need to be pinned/unpinned)?

No, there's some give on the strap so that you don't have to undo them to put them on or off. You can slip them on and then use your fingers to pull the strap up behind your heel.

I wear a milano, i personally wear the strap to snug so i do find it kind of tedious everytime i put them off and on i got to undo the strap, however i feel like the strap adds a better comfort bc i do like my birks snug
