Manual car ஒட்டும் ஒருவர் automatic car பற்றி உயர்வாகப் பேசுவதே இல்லை. நான் கேள்விப்பட்ட வரை வெளிநாடுகளில் automatic கார் அதிகமாகப் பயன்படுத்த படுகிறது. ஆம்னி பஸ்கள் multi axial type automatic gear உள்ளது. பல கம்பெனிகள் automatic car தயாரிப்பதில் ஆர்வம் காட்டுகின்றனர். என்னோட நீண்ட நாள் நண்பரும் 30 வருடங்களாக gear shift car ஒட்டியவர் என்னோடு சமீபத்தில் சென்னை வரை வந்தார். என்னுடைய automatic car ஒட்டிவிட்டு car ஒட்டிய களைப்பே தெரியவில்லை என்று சொல்லிவிட்டு சென்றார்.

I would suggest for Automatic cars...i have to ride 500 kms per day in Dubai...will not feel any tired at end of the day. But if i ride manual cars feel leg pain. Whereas i can keep my left leg fold and keep in my seat....i ride Toyota Yaris, Nissan Altima, Honda Civic

Cons: 1)can't jump start with dead battery while pushing the car front... 2) won't give quick acceleration (rpm is limited ) fully computerized ,if only your car have sport mode ... I am driving my cars for almost 13yrs and it's a Manual transmission. Pros of MT: 1. You get full control of acceleration 2. If you want to go for a drag, then MT is the best Cons: 1. Mileage totally depends upon way of driving only. I've seen better fuel efficiency in AT because of the low revving nature. 2. Wear and tear for our legs, transmission and gearbox is much higher in MT compared to AT cars if you are driving more often. 3. Your mind has to make numerous calculations while driving and also has to plan on which gear you have to move. (touch n feel your head after driving in a peak traffic if it is hot 😄) Moving to AT for next car. If you still want to control the acceleration in AT you can put that in manual mode and shift it. Happy driving 🤗

Good comparison, but please come out of the silly and archaic mindset that automatic cars are only for the ladies and the elderly. Majority of the people nowadays buy a car for the comfort and safety it provides. In that sense, automatic electric cars are the way forward; the only constraint is the infrastructure.
