Try to buy a new car like entry level cars better than any used car does not matter nano or outlander used vehicles older than 5 years will have a lot of maintenance . Its my personal experience. I was looking for a used polo for 3-4 lacs very bad condition so i finally bought a kwid climber for 6 lacs.I also have a fluidic verna bought new 2014 model which cost me 70K bill for maintenance last year.

I saw a BMW 7 series , 2017 model, single owner, 20,000 kms run car in second hand market for 35 lakhs. I couldn't understand what problem that car might have , why the owner wants to sell it at a very low price . when I enquired , the sales person said, no problem with the car, the owner Bought this bmw for his company tax purpose, now he wants to upgrade as the new model has lots more technological stuff in it. The owner feels the car is technically outdated.. Will a luxury car get outdated in 4 years ? I still couldn't understand why super cars depreciate so rapidly in terms of price. Is it becoz, no one will buy it mostly ? The maintenance cost ? If so , can a 20000 kms run car needs maintenance in lakhs? Why high end luxury cars depreciate so fast? Buying a car for 2 crore and selling it for 35 lakhs in 4 years? On what grounds and reasons luxury cars come to second hand sale basically ? Will be helpful if u can help us in this regard ...

60 lakh worth ulla oru new bmw va 20 lakh initial amount ah pay panni remaining 40 lakhs ah loan potu every month for 5 years emi 80,000 ovvoru month um pay pani totally interest mattum 7.5 lakhs pay pananum. After 5 years car also depreciated to 15-20 lakhs and the maintenance also get increased. Instead of wasting lots and lots of money in buying new luxury cars we can go for moderately used certified luxury cars at a range of 20 lakhs and instead of paying emi every month we can maintain a old luxury car

Wrong comparison. Be it budget affordable or luxury segments. The way you drive and maintain is all that it takes .... Again not all luxury brands are reliable as same with all affordable cars..... In short maintaining old cars are troublesome and ifs it's from a luxury brands it's adds to that agony.... .. what about safety factor??? ... In a collision the chance of escaping fatality/injury is high in a old luxury car than a brand new swift....agree???? So please don't misguide audience with amateur knowledge.... Buyers with budget of 10L shouldn't even think of luxury cars coz for multiple reasons is the upfront message. We need to think of whether a four year old luxury car (Merc A series, BMW 3X, Audi A3 or equivalent) at any point in time will be available for 10L budget? A 10L budget used luxury car will be at least 12 year old and maintenance will be on your nerves. Simple guideline for 10L budget buyers - Go for (1) Fresh XUV 300 or Swift or Magnite like equivalent available in market, (2) Buy a used Verna or City or Elentra or Altis registered post 2018 where the maintenance will not be tough, (3) Mileage lesser than 80K KM though the cars mentioned in option 2 are capable enough to live until they are 250KM and (4) Definitely NO to luxury cars (Merc A series, BMW 3X, Audi A3 and equivalent)!

If you are first time buyer with budget try ignis sigma veriant or tiago mid range Variant.. don't buy Alto, waganor, kwid, dont ever buy spresso.. ignis and tiago are safer body build even i prefer ignis bcs of 4 cylinder engine..

I have a s.presso top amt varient bought in 15 july 2020 I have done exactly 31,407km so far no issues , last tuesday that is 3rd august 2021 I drove it for almost 24 hours doing 1045km with a average fuel economy of 21.9km/litre that is city trafic plus outstation, as I am a fairly long term user I can gurantee this the Ideal car for middle class family Its frugal and economical to use and maintain, the only negative is suspenssion it maruthi suzuki should address. Further more I am a Srilankan here most of the roads are not that high standard like India.

@@balachandrangiridharan8886 even i did a test drive of spresso sorry to say this, i am not compromised with its built quality and comfort i think ignis base variant cost around 5.5 with added accessories we can take that for 6laks and same for tiago, even Ignis safety rating is 3 with 1.2 l engine same as Baleno so i prefer ignis and tiago over spresso top variant..spresso safety rating is zero even swift got 2 star.. where ignis is 3 and tiago is 4.. for 5.5 laks both the cars are good choice.. if u get a chance pls do a test drive of both the cars..

@@gshock1343 Safety test is not done in road. Safety test is not done at 100+ kmph speed. Safety test is done only in front and side impact, how about rear side accident? Will ignis withstand? Even spresso cannot stand if the impact happened from rear. Like us Humans - cars look and feel are different based on price range. But the body structure should be similar for all low and mid budget car. Car makers cannot make a super duper frame structure for mid range car like swift or ignis and just use some rusted frame for low budget cars like spresso. If u think like that. Then it’s your fault.
