Meat curry on chips is 🔥 its not everyone's cup of tea but I love it

Lamb balti is so nice couple of places do it in Manchester too

Dry fish bite did look a bit thin to be fair. When you've got thin and thick bits of fish together the thin ones will be cooked quicker so can end up a bit dry since you still have to leave them in until the thick ones are also done. Bit of a hassle trying to get the thin ones out early to make sure they're not over done. Probably better to taste the thicker pieces to see if it is actually cooked too much.

It's not semantics - there's a lot of flavour in the balti bowl as it's cooked at such high heat the sauce caramelises on the sides. Something you won't understand until you've cleaned a balti bowl out with a naan but it has an amazing BBQ like charred flavour.
