A store I worked at 10 years ago had a few cases of this that sat around for years. I remeber thinking it was very good. I would blend it with a fresh saison to get more carb.

Apparently there is a tropical variant I wonder if that’s what you had gotten, and if the fruit helps explain the low carb (not like it would be unheard of otherwise for an aged spontaneous ale)
