Hi Kubeir, I got my gcms file and it says review required for my eligibility. My job description does not match the NOC. What do you advise I do in this situation. Do I send a new reference letter with loe or do I wait till IRCC require for a new reference letter.

Is a birth certificate required in case of Parent sponsorship? I Believe no parents in India have a birth certificate. It was not issued during those times. Date of birth is always mentioned on passport. Still they ask for a birth certificate.

Hi kubeir, I have received my EOI last week and now I am preparing my documents and I have realized that DOB on my passport and on other documents(25th APRIL 1995) is different from my Birth certificate(24th APRIL 1995).My brother went to the municipality office with my passport copy and other id's but they rejected to make any changes and they told us that you can do this via lawyer but it will take 6 months but my nomination is expiring before that. I do not have that much time to wait. What should I do now? I have following documents with my 25th March 1995- 1- secondary school marksheet (10th SSC) which shows my full name on it and DOB 2- School leaving certificate with DOB and my parent's full name 3- passport Please guide me. I would really appreciate your time and response.

Hi Kubeir, in my UG/PG Degree, 12th, 10th Certificates, I have name along with Initials. like this. eg (name name intial) Whereas in my Aadhar, PAN, everything as follows : (no initials) my name father name and in my passport, as follows my name / given name column father name column last name column how to fill the right name in the CANADA PR Application, please guide me, thank you in advance

hi Sir i have my birth certificate but i didn't have correct name in it so my local municipal office given me new certificate with my current name as alias written on it. However, the old name which was written in my birth certificate is also there. so it will make any issue in Canada PR file? or i have get it changed it , as i have talked with them they said they can't change the old name so that's why they given alias name new birth certificate.
