Mr. Kubeir, many applicants knowingly or unknowingly create EE profile with fake IELTS or WES details and get entry into pool and ultimately get an ITA which will be declined by them later. This cause problems for real applicants who might miss a chance. How can we solve this problem? Can't IRCC integrate their system with WES and IELTS organization and authenticate the data instantly when applicants fill the form?

Awesome video as always! Sir, can you please answer my two followup questions : 1. Is the NOC comparison something that, if an applicant prepares by himself, attach in the letter of explanation or are applicants not authorised to do so? 2. In the POF letter from the bank, should we: A. also include any car loan with the bank? B. can we only provide current balance (without avaergae balance) and provide 6 months statement which can be redacted?

1. Anyone can prepare it. It's just a visual format used to show why have you chosen a particular NOC. 2. Bank letter + 6 months bank statements. All loans and liability and their payment plan must be declared

Your word means a lot and god bless you with more power and love for your kindnesses🙏 I just have one doubt my Indian PCC was issued on 30th July 2020 and according to the 6month rule, I was supposed to submit it by 30th Jan 2021. But due to some other missing documents I couldn’t. (haven’t visited India either)So should I reapply for a new PCC or can submit an old one..? If pcc was applied from outside India and you did not return back to India, then it may be used. Attach an LOE stating you apied while outside India and you haven't returned back. 6month pcc validity rules applies to pcc for the country of residence

Very informative video, Thanks for your efforts. I checked your given link on Eligibility Assessment and come to know that Processing offices should assess PNC applicants for federal programs in the following order: CEC, FSWC and FSTC. As I already got my PNP ITA but my express entry profile shows that I am meeting all three program requirements FSW, CEC and PNP. But actually, I will meet the eligibility of CEC on 24th Feb 2021 on the completion of the full year. My question is about POF. Can I consider myself as CEC and accept pnp invitation today or wait for 24th Feb so that I do not need to show POF. Kindly advice.

Hi Sir, thank you for this video. It is really informative, especially the information that you said about the LOE. I would like to clarify one doubt. I have heard some people saying that if you provide a lot of information in the LOE, your application will take more time to approve as the case officer will verify each and every piece of info you are providing. Is this true? According to me, I strongly believe that our case file should be clear and precise and we should not give any chance for the case officer to have doubt on something.

Sir, the work experience letter issued by my boss is in a normal A4 size paper (as opposed to the thick sheet) and the letter head is in black and white, although with all the details required and a proper seal. Do these things matter or the immigration officials look only into what is written? I will be grateful to get your insight on this!

Will ircc compare the pr application with my old study visa application? I was rejected for the first time I applied student visa from Bahrain telling that they don’t think I will go back Bahrain after my studies. So I reapplied the study visa from India (but actually I was in bahrain only telling that I am India while reapplying the student visa and that was approved) Now I have filed for pr with all the real correct date and location in my travel history.
